Automation of agriculture

Automation has a positive impact on the efficiency of development of the national economy.

In agriculture, automation is an important factor influencing the increase of labor productivity and reduction of product self-sufficiency.

The basis of electrification is the application in the work of machines, apparatus, units and devices on the basis of electric motors. Thus, manual labor is automatically replaced.

Technique plays an important role in the creation of material and technical basis of agricultural production.

Automation affects the following agricultural processes:

  • area depletion;

  • soil erosion;

  • processing of the land plot;

  • sowing works;

  • fertilization;

  • destruction of harmful insects;

  • cleaning, sorting and preparation of grain crops;

  • cow milking;

  • distribution of fodder and drinking cattle and poultry;

  • sheep shearing;

  • repair of agricultural transport.

The transition to automation in the agricultural sector increases labor productivity and reduces operating costs. Electrification of agriculture has an impact on economic development.
