The Russian market for food ingredients is in the growth stage, as well as manufacturers and suppliers have to overcome a number of difficulties.

It is partly connected with the departure of a number of foreign producers from the Russian market and the course taken by the state to replace imported products with Russian analogues, partly & ndash; with the general growth of consumption of food products by the population.
