Innovation in beverage industry

The Panel Discussion on the Prospects for the Development of Technologies and Innovations in the Russian Beverage Industry has opened within the conference program of Agroprodmash 2026. The event is organised by Soyuznapitki – the Union of Juice, Water and Beverage Producers and EXPOCENTRE AO.

Soyuznapitki is the largest non-profit association of juice, water and beverage producers in the Russian market. The union consists of 80 companies, which account for more than 70% of the volume of products produced in the Russian beverage market. The union consists of both manufacturers of finished products and suppliers of raw materials and ingredients, packaging, equipment and technological solutions, as well as companies from the field of logistics and personnel management.

The soft drinks sector continues to be one of the most technologically advanced in the food processing industry. Large investments have been made in the industry for more than 20 years. Today, Russian enterprises produce high-quality and safe world-class products that not only meet the needs of the domestic market, but are also actively exported to foreign markets.

Market participants today agree that in order to maintain the pace of development of the Russian beverage industry and overcome the general economic crisis, it is important to respond promptly to emerging challenges and create favorable conditions for business development. The issues of providing enterprises with high-quality raw materials and advanced equipment remain one of the key issues today.

The conference participants discuss the current state of technological equipment in the Russian beverage industry, issues of supplying existing enterprises with advanced imported equipment, prospects for the development of a Russian industrial cluster to meet the needs of the Russian beverage industry, conditions necessary for the further development of technology and innovation in the beverage industry, and much more.

The panel discussion is attended by manufacturers of equipment and technological solutions, participants of the beverage industry, as well as experts and representatives of government authorities.
