Agroprodmash 2021: master classes from the best

New equipment, raw materials and ingredients used by the world and Russian food industry are not the only attraction for professional visitors to the Agroprodmash 2021 International Exhibition at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds.

Industry professionals also demonstrate interest in the new production technologies and techniques. Master classes of the best specialists in a variety of fields are gems of the show.

Daily master classes from the Bakery Academy have impressed many visitors to Agroprodmash 2021. The master classes started with the one called “Sourdough Bread: Stable Quality and Safety." It spilled out the intricacies of making rye-wheat breads on thick rye sourdough.

A master class with the theme “Smart Eating: Gluten-free Products” was held on the next day for those wishing to learn the specifics of making gluten-free food. Later on, Bakery Academy experts introduced visitors to innovative baking ingredients and functional bread with proven value.

Many visitors come to daily confectionary master classes of the Chocolate School. The very names of master classes make a creative uplifting atmosphere: "Chocolate Painting,” “Waffle Paper Flowers and Cake Decorations,” “Chocolate Sculpting and Painting with an Airbrush", "Chocolate Figure Sculpting", and others.

The Show Competition for the Best Professional Meat Boners will traditionally be a bright spectacular supporting event of the Agroprodmash 2021 exhibition, which will take place on October 7.
