Bread Business at Agroprodmash 2020 brought together professionals of the bakery industry
The 5th Russian Forum on Bakery and Confectionery Industry "Bread Business" opened the 25th anniversary edition of the Agroprodmash exhibition. The forum is organised by KVK Imperia and EXPOCENTRE AO.
"During difficult times, the introduction of new technologies opens up new opportunities for development. That is why this Forum is largely devoted to technological solutions and innovations in the bakery industry," said Andrey Podlesnov, Executive Director of KVK Imperia.
Which technologies are successfully implemented in the industry? What made some companies break out into the forefront? What place do consumers and retailers take in the process of baking today? These and other questions were discussed at the forum's sessions, master classes and workshops. The industry's leading experts took part in all of them.
At the industry's main session, Director of the Research Institute of the Baking Industry Marina Kostyuchenko presented the analysis of what the crisis can teach us as well as current trends in the baking market.
President of the Food Ingredients Producers Union Tatiana Savenkova moderated the session on food ingredients.
The forum included master classes at the School of Baking, where representatives of small bakeries shared the secrets of their business.
The Forum was concluded with the Skill Conveyor workshop dedicated to the effective optimization of losses on production lines of bread and confectionery enterprises.
