Ingredients, Additives, Spices Salon at Agroprodmash 2014 is focused on naturality

This year the Agroprodmash exhibition Ingredients, Additives, Spices Salon will unite about 70 participants from Austria, Belarus, China, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland and Uzbekistan. Again, the center of attention will be on natural ingredients, additives and functional blends, which, as experts say, corresponds to the main market trend. The Ingredients, Additives, Spices Salon is continuing to arouse interest in both exhibitors and visitors to the exhibition. This year, the main exhibitors will traditionally include the following recognized European industry leaders: Almi GmbH, Zaltech (Austria), BK Giulini, Hydrosol (Germany), MOGUNTIA (Switzerland - Germany), BHJ (Denmark), Frutarom (Israel), Sojaprotein (Serbia), M Profood (Hungary), Pacovis (Switzerland), Chimab (Italy). There will also be a number of Russian companies, including Krist, Konsul, Aromaros-M, Kolvi, Chemfood, Slava, Vympel, Revada, Nesse, Yanta West, Region - New Technologies, Sunguard, Nord Plas, Milord, Iva, and Belstar. For the first time, independent stands will be arranged for Wiberg (Austria), Stern Ingredients, Stockmeier Food (Germany), Naturex (France), Wenda (China) and Makom (Russia).

The CEO of Moguntia-Interrus ZAO, Vadim Pryanishnikov, who has been in the industry for more than 20 years, highlights the leading role of the Agroprodmash exhibition, in which he and his company have taken part for nearly as long "It's the number one exhibition, and not only in my professional opinion, but in fact, which is widely recognized. We never hesitate whether we should take part in the exhibition this or the next year. We definitely plan to participate in this exhibition for many years to come. Agroprodmash is always a good chance to meet our long-time friends and, of course, potential partners. The business related programme provides the company's experts with an opportunity to improve their professional skills and keep them up to date. In addition to our regular product range, which comprises about 400 additives for meat and 100 additives for confectionery products, we are going to present some new items. This year we will exhibit new additives for raw smoked and dry cured products, cooked sausages, frankfurters and wieners." Vadim Pryanishnikov believes that the goal of his company is "to combine the world high technology and centuries-old gastronomic traditions of the Russian people." And it is no doubt that the absolute majority of the Salon exhibitors would agree with that.

All the products of the Ingredients, Additives, Spices Salon exhibitors will be presented in Pavilion No. 1 of Expocentre Fairgrounds.
