 Simplified procedure of delivery/removal of Exhibits and Exhibition Equipment

 List of names for pass issuance

In accordance with the General Terms of Participation in International Fairs and Exhibitions Held at Expocentre Fairgrounds, each registered participant of the exhibition has to present the following data to be published in the Official Catalogue: company name (in Latin and Cyrillic transcriptions), address, telephone, fax, E-mail, Web address and brief information on the company’s activity up to 3 lines long (each line contains 50 characters including spaces and punctuation marks).

Oversized publications as well as logos and advertisements are charged.

Publication in the Catalogue and Internet Catalogue is taken care of by Catalogue Department:
