At the Confectionary and Bakery Salon of the 19th Agroprodmash 2014 international exhibition, some of the latest developments in the field of confectionery and bakery production in Russia will be presented. Four new machines will be exhibited by one of the Russian industry leaders, JSC NPP firm Voskhod.

The company's design office has prepared for Agroprodmash 2014 some new solutions, progressive in terms of cost and quality. JSC NPP firm Voskhod marketing expert Igor Vyurkov noted, that "one of the new products to be presented in 2014 is Voskhod-TD-7 dough dividing machine." The machine is intended to carefully divide dough for shaping items of equal weight and can be used for products made of wheat and rye-wheat (50% rye) flour. The machine is able to divide straight, sponge and quick dough with high accuracy and is recommended for small industrial plants.

Another innovation by Voskhod to be presented at the exhibition is Vektor 220 dough depositing machine. It can be used to mold confectionery products of various shapes and sizes made from all kinds of dough, produce one-colour and two-color items with filling.
Prima-80K tough dough kneading machine is designed for kneading cracknel and dumpling dough, as well as the dough for hard-dough and sugar biscuits and gingerbreads.

One more Voskhod development to be presented at Agroprodmash 2014 for the first time is Kometa-60 cream whipping machine / sack agitator  with a touch-control switchboard. Its functions include not only preparing various types of cream and biscuit dough, but also mixing minced meat and producing potato mash.

However, JSC NPP firm Voskhod is not satisfied with what it has already achieved and continues to design new products. Constantly expanding its product range, Voskhod not only retains its market position, but keeps moving forward.

As Igor Vyurkov noted, the company's expectations concerning its participation in Agroprodmash 2014 traditionally include "establishing a fruitful dialogue with colleagues, meeting regular customers and creating a new customer base." The exhibition provides a unique opportunity to get the lay of the land in the industry and "feel the real product." "We have always supported healthy competition and are willing to win," the company representative said summing up.

At the upcoming exhibition, Voskhod will compete with a number of Russian and foreign companies. Last year, the list of Confectionary and Bakery Salon exhibitors comprised 75 companies from 13 countries. At Agroprodmash 2014 this number is expected to be even higher. The exhibition will provide a broad platform for communicating, establishing business contacts and demonstrating one's own achievements.
