Post-release: Agroprodmash'2010 International Exhibition
Agroprodmash’2010, the 15th International Exhibition for Equipment, Machinery and Ingredients for the Food Processing Industry finished its work. The Show took place in pavilions of the Expocentre Fairgrounds on October 11-15, 2010.
The Exhibition was arranged by Expocentre with the assistance of the Russian Federation Ministry of Agriculture under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Moscow City Government.
The Agroprodmash Show is approved with certificates of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF). The Exhibition demonstrated the best technical and technological solutions for all branches of the agroindustrial complex.
Agroprodmash’2010 gathered 674 enterprises, companies and organizations – foreign majors and Russian leading companies of the industry on the area of 19 310 sq. meters (net).
Companies from 34 countries took part in the Show. This fact is evidence of the highest popularity of the international Project. Germany, Denmark and France participated in the Exhibition at the state level.
At Agroprodmash’2010 Germany arranged its national exposition for the third time, and increased the number of participants three times. Mr. Heinz Osterloh, President of the Federal Meat and Cattle Breeding Union of Germany BVVF, Vice-President of the European Union on Cattle and Meat Trade UECBV emphasized that the German economy directed towards export was interested in the Russian market with a great potential.
Leading foreign companies including AGROVO HANDELSGES M.B.H., NORBERT SHALLER GMBH, FRANZ HAAS WAFFEL UND KEKSANLAGENINDUSTRIE GMBH, MATIMEX GMBH, BERTSCH-LASKA PRODUCTIONS UND HANDELS GMBH, MPS RED MEAT, MEIN FOOD, RHB, KILIA, JARVIS, SCHROTER, DERA FOOD TECHNOLOGY N.V., ALVIC, MAREL STORK POULTRY PROCESSING, BEGARAT VERTRIEBS UND SERVICE GMBH, MONDINI, ORLIMEX, ALLTEX HANDELS&ENGINEERING GMBH, BK GUILINI, FRANS VERMEE, HARTMANN, CABINPLANT, INOXPA TRADING INTERNATIONAL SL, ULMA CYE, ALMI, KERRY INGREDIENTS, REGIS, MOGUNTIA, ECI LIMITED, WIPACK, TRANSFAIRE INDUSTRIE, AWEMA, TIPPER TIE ALPINA, UMP «KOMPO» and others demonstrated the latest world achievements in the industry.
This year it has become evident an increase of all thematic salons of the exhibition relating to the food processing industry branch structure that includes “Meet Processing”, “Beverages Production”, “Vegetables and Fruits Processing”, Industrial Sanitation and Hygiene, Food Production Quality Control”, “Ingredients, Additives and Spices” and other sectors.
The Poultry Farming and Processing sector increased considerably. Such companies as AGROVO, HARTMANN, STORK MAREL POULTRY PROCESSING, BAADER, CHICK MASTER, MEYN POULTRY PROCESSING SOLUTIONS, JAMESWAY INCUBATOR COMPANY, BIG DUTCHMAN and ALLTECH became participants of the Salon.
Over 20 000 visitors became acquainted with the Agroprodmash’2010 exposition; 91% of them were leaders and specialists of the industry.
The Agroprodmash’2010 business-related programme embraced one of the most outstanding events - the 3rd International Congress of Meat Producers, Suppliers and Processers, MEAT MEETING'2010. The Congress was held for the first time within the bounds of the Exhibition.
The event was arranged by IFWexpo Heidelberg GmbH (Germany) and AgroMediaGroup (Russia) with the assistance and participation of the Russian Federation Ministry of Agriculture, the Russian Federation Ministry of Economic Development, the Russian Meat Association, the European Union on Cattle and Meat Trade UECBV and Belgian Meat Office.
The Congress became a meeting place for the meat industry market key players from over 10 countries. During the event they discussed extremely urgent issues relating to the meat business development.
The Congress participants obtained significant information on the current situation in the world and Russian meat market and on the industry development forecasts as well; discussed problems relating to the meat production financing, learned about new technologies and the leading companies’ experience on the meat production promotion.
At the press conference arranged on the occasion of the Agroprodmash’2010 Mr. Heinz Osterloh noted that the International Congress of Meat Producers, Suppliers and Processers - MEAT MEETING'2010 was a perspective event to be held within the bounds of the Exhibition.
Agroprodmash’2010’, the 15th International Exhibition comprised the 3rd International Investment Forum ‘Creation of the Investment Climate is a Basis of the Food Processing Industry Modernization’ organized by the Russian Federation Ministry of Agriculture and the Agroexposervice Company.
Over 50 companies, organizations and enterprises from different regions of Russia and the CIS countries took part in the Forum.
