Press release: Agroprodmash'2010 International Exhibition

On October 11-15, 2010 Agroprodmash-2010 - the 15^th Jubilee International Exhibition for Equipment, Machinery and Ingredients for the Food Processing Industry will take place in pavilions No. 1, 2, 8, the Forum pavilion and in open air sites of the Expocentre Fairgrounds.  The Show is arranged by Expocentre.

The Agroprodmash exhibition, a major Russian project in field of high technologies for the food processing industry demonstrates the best engineering and technological solutions for all branches of the agroindustrial complex.   

The importance of the Show for the industry development is confirmed with the assistance of the Russian Federation Ministry of Agriculture, the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Trade as well as the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Moscow City Government.   

‘Agroprodmash’ is a main industry event and is awarded all exhibition regalia, namely the labels of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).

For 15 years the show floor of Agroprodmash has increased 3 times and has reached over 40,000 sq. meters (gross).  The number of participants has increased 2, 5 times and exceeds 600 companies from 35 countries. The number of visitors, particularly specialists is growing annually. Even last crisis year the total attendance reached 32 000 attendees. 

Global food and processing industry leaders and Russian key companies and enterprises will demonstrate their innovative products and developments at the Exhibition.

About 700 enterprises, companies and organizations from 35 countries of Europe, Asia and America are expected to participate in the Exhibition. France and Germany will exhibit their national expositions.  

The total exposition space amounts to over 40 000 sq meters.

The Agroprodmash’2010 exhibition will combine sectors of all food and processing industry braches into a common exposition. This year the number of expositions in all salons including “Meet Processing”, “Beverages Production”, “Vegetables and Fruits Processing”, “Packing Equipment”, Industrial Sanitation and Hygiene, Food Production Quality Control”, “Ingredients, Additives and Spices” has increased.       

Thematic sectors by pavilions   

Within the bounds of the Meat-Processing Salon a special attention will be focused on development of the ‘Poultry farming and processing’ sector. The Salon embraces the following topics: slaughtering and preliminary poultry processing; technology and equipment for poultry processing; poultry factories; poultry packing and storage; ingredients for poultry goods production.  The major participants of the Salon are as follows: AGROVO, HARTMANN, STORK MAREL POULTRY PROCESSING, BAADER, CHICK MASTER, MEYN POULTRY PROCESSING SOLUTIONS, JAMESWAY INCUBATOR COMPANY, BIG DUTCHMAN, ALLTECH, SHALLER MOSCOW, AGRO-3, AVIS, PTI, PYATIGORSKSELMASH and others.  

The Agroprodmash’2010 saturated programme of business related events embraces such important arrangements as:

• the 5th International Technological Forum ‘Equipment. Technologies and Innovations in the Food Processing Industry’;
• the 3^rd International Congress of Meat Producers, Suppliers and Processers - MEAT MEETING'2010. The Congress is held for the first time;  
• the 3^rd International Investment Forum ‘Creation of the Investment Climate is a Basis of the Food Processing Industry Modernization’;
• the 7^th International Contest ‘The Best Equipment for the Agroindustrial Complex’
